For MAKZ jaw surgery, Emondt Multiclima delivered an air conditioning system that meets the highest quality requirements.
Hogekamp | University of Twente
On the grounds of the University of Twente, the former Hogekamp faculty building from the 1960s has been completely transformed into a hotel with 72 rooms and 445 student studios. For the 10-story hotel, Emondt Multiclima supplied and installed the entire VRF installation for the purpose of cooling and heating the hotel rooms, boardroom, gym and cinema. Opening February 2019.
Tasche Steel Stairs | Albergen
For Tasche Stalen Stppen BV in Albergen, Emondt Multiclima installed a Y-climate system from Mitsubishi Electric. With the Y system, each room can be individually cooled, heated or dehumidified. The desired temperature and functions (recirculate, dehumidify, heat or cool) can be set for each room. The Y system can be combined with air change and all possible central controls.
Energy efficient and sustainable investments such as heat pumps from Mitsubishi Electric may be eligible for a subsidy scheme in accordance with the Energy Investment Deduction Scheme (E.I.A.). If all the conditions set by the government are met, the entire system, i.e. including piping and assembly etc., can qualify for this investment deduction.

JBT is an international company specializing in mechanical engineering for food technology and airport technology. Emondt Multiclima took care of the entire climate control installation for JBT’s Amsterdam branch.
Eqin | Rotterdam
For the new headquarters of Eqin Botlek in Rotterdam, Emondt Multiclima supplied the complete climate control installation. In addition to installing a City Multi VRF system, an R2 system was also installed. Mitsubishi Electric’s R2 system allows complete independence cooling a room while heating a second room with the same system. Cooling actually removes heat from the space. The R2 system transfers this absorbed heat to a distribution box (BC Controller). In the BC Controller, this heat can then be transferred to a room that requires heating. Thus, the rooms to be cooled generate the heat for the rooms to be heated and vice versa. The shortage of heat or cold is produced by the outdoor unit. This heat recovery option can lead to substantial energy savings.

On the Afsluitdijk, near Kornwerderzand, there is a striking building, like a foam head on the dike: The Afsluitdijk Wadden Center. This center is more than a traditional building with an information center. It offers a total experience about Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea, the for the world unique Vismigratierivier, the IJsselmeer region and not to forget the Afsluitdijk itself. Emondt Multiclima supplied and installed cooling and heating via VRF systems for all areas of the building such as the entrance, meeting rooms, restaurants, theme rooms, exhibition areas and technology rooms.
