Due to growth, we are looking nationwide for assistant refrigeration and air conditioning technicians!
We have a huge variety of projects so you can put your skills to good use and grow. In doing so, you will assist in the assembly and installation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. We have a diversity of projects available and this allows you to learn what suits you best with us! Our customers include: office buildings, hospitals, healthcare facilities, supermarket chains, food industry, bakeries, butcher shops, universities, hotels. In the end, you will know exactly what suits you best and you can develop further in it.
Are you coming to work at Emondt? Then you will be paired with a buddy who will teach you all the tricks of the trade. Your buddy is obviously an experienced mechanic 😉
What do we ask of you?
- You have at least MBO working and thinking level; Preferably you have a degree in Mechanic electronic installations, energy engineering or mechatronics;
- You possess a good dose of humor, perseverance and eagerness to learn;
- You are open to further development in refrigeration and air conditioning technology through requested training or courses;
- You are curious and interested in the latest developments;
- You have a driver’s license, if not , we will look for a Buddy in your area.
What can you expect from us?
- You will receive a salary and working conditions appropriate to your work experience according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Metal & Engineering;
- You are entitled to 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days;
- You will receive immediate travel time reimbursement from the moment you get in the car to a project;
- You will receive a net allowance for coffee/lunch €2.75 for each day you do not work at our office;
- Work-life balance is important, but occasionally you will rotate with us our breakdown schedule. Of course, this is by mutual agreement a 6-8 times a year and you will receive appropriate compensation;
